This target provides benchmark tooling for CLI workflows.
Responsibilities
- Run or orchestrate benchmark scenarios.
- Keep benchmarking logic isolated from production command paths.
Boundaries
- Avoid introducing production command wiring here; keep that in
cli/Sources/TuistKit.
