Set up notifications for session events.
Supported Channels

Telegram Setup
1. Create Bot
- Message @BotFather on Telegram
- Send
/newbot
- Follow prompts to get token
2. Get Chat ID
- Message your bot
- Visit:
https://api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates
- Find
chat.id in response
3. Configure
omx config-notify telegram \

Discord Setup
1. Create Webhook
- Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
- Create new webhook
- Copy URL
2. Configure
