Instinct Status
Codex CLI currently registers plugin bundles as skills, apps, and MCP servers. It does not register custom plugin commands/*.md files as interactive slash commands in the TUI, so use this skill as the supported Codex entry point for the former /instinct-status command.
Invocation
Use $instinct-status <arguments> or select this skill through Codex's @ picker. Treat the user's text after the skill name as the command arguments.
When the command instructions below mention /instinct-status, interpret that as this $instinct-status skill invocation while running in Codex.
Command Instructions
/instinct-status — 本能状态面板
扫描本能存储目录，展示所有已学习本能的状态面板。
执行步骤
1. 扫描本能文件
读取以下目录中所有 .md 文件的 YAML frontmatter：

2. 解析置信度等级
